Final Paper Submission Instruction: Please carefully follow the instructions below to prepare the final submission:
STEP 1 - Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. The copyright notice should have one of the following formats:
1. For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
2. For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-9921-7/22/$31.00

STEP 2 - Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
STEP 3 - Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/) to validate your camera-ready PDF file. To use the PDF eXpress site:
1. First-time users should do the following:
a. Select the New Users
b. Enter the following: 56150X for the Conference ID; your email address; a password
c. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
2. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
STEP 4 - After your PDF is validated by PDF eXpress, download the validated file and upload it to the EasyChair using your EasyChair Proceedings Author role.
STEP 5 - Sign the electronic IEEE Copyright form (eCF) in EasyChair Proceedings portal.
The final submission deadline of August 30th is firm for the production of the proceedings. The page limit is 6 and is strict.

NAPS is a student-centered conference that has been held regularly since 1969.
