Description: The student program will support undergraduate and graduate students studying electric power and energy systems within the United States. Students from non-US universities may be supported subject to the availability of industry sponsorship. Students selected for the Student Program will be provided with free accommodation covering Oct. 9 check-in and Oct. 11 check-out.

How to Apply: The student program application is a part of the registration. Students who consider applying, in addition to indicating their interest in the registration form by August 30th, should ask their academic advisors to send a short Letter of Recommendation to <naps2022@utah.edu> by August 30th.

The Letter of Recommendation: The student's academic advisor should send a letter of recommendation to <naps2022@utah.edu> by August 30th, either as an attachment or a simple email in the following format:

Title: Student name - NAPS student program
State your support for the student's participation
Confirm that there is additional support to cover the student’s travel (airfare and registration)

Providing accommodation information to students: September 25, 2022
Invitation to present in the best paper session: October 1, 2022
Technical tours: October 9, 2022
Student networking event and "meet the job candidates" poster session: October 10, 2022
Student best paper awards ceremony: October 11, 2022
